That's why we schedule regular follow-ups—quick meetings to check in on your experience 📅. During these sessions, we’ll discuss how you’re finding the project 💻, how well you’re interacting with your manager and team 👥, and whether you’re receiving the feedback you need 💬.

We typically hold these follow-ups after your first week , first month , and second month 📆. However, you don’t need to wait for these scheduled meetings to reach out. If you ever have questions or concerns ❓, feel free to contact us anytime via Slack or email 📧.
