After you've completed your Self-Review , your Business Partner will schedule a 1:1 meeting 📅, which typically lasts 20 to 30 minutes ⏳. During this meeting, you can discuss the project in more detail, how your relationship with your team and manager is going 👥, what motivates you most at the company 🎯, and other relevant topics 🔍.
